I'm Scott Henderson, Founder & Strategic CFO Advisor. I spent 20 years at Salesforce—joining when it was a $24M business and helping scale it to over $30B in revenue and 70,000 employees. I led financial planning, M&A integration, international expansion, and major systems transformations—across teams, regions, and phases of growth.
Later, as CFO of a venture-backed startup, I helped extend runway, guide the company to cash flow break-even, and build the operating framework it still runs on today. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to move fast, lead with imperfect information, and make decisions that carry real weight.
